Recipe | Quick and Easy Malteser Bunny Cupcakes.

Ingredients to make six cupcakes.
55g Unsalted butter at room temperature.   
55g Caster sugar.
55g Plain flour.
1 tsp Baking powder. 
1/4 tsp Salt.
1 Egg 
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract. 
10 maltesers. 

Decoration.
Mini Malteser bunnies. 

Preheat oven to Gas mark 4. 
Line cupcake tin with your choice of cupcake cases. 

First cream together the butter and the sugar. 
Next sift the flour, baking powder and salt into the butter and sugar mixture and fold together. 
Next add in your egg and vanilla extract and mix together. 
I then crushed up 10 maltesers and added them into the mixture. 
Once your mixture resembles a smooth batter fill up your cake cases and pop them in your preheated oven for 15 minutes. I put mine in for 10 minutes and then turned them round for the last 5 minutes. 

When your cupcakes are ready place them on a cooling rack and allow to cool. I did all the washing up in the time. 
Once cooled it is time to decorate your cakes. I choose to use little malteser bunnies to finish off the cupcakes.
Once decorated its time to sit back, relax and enjoy your cakes.
