Ms. Flow is the latest Period Subscription Box to launch in the UK. Their aim is to create a monthly box full of luxury, personalised essentials you need to get through your period including your own choice of tampons or towels. Ms. Flow understands that your period is far from pleasant with skin breakouts, mood swings, cramps, exhaustion, hot sweats - the list is endless. Ms. Flow subscription box includes all the elements to make your period as pleasant as possible including luxury artisan treats to satisfy cravings, luxury beauty products to help lift your mood and lifestyle treats to help you relax during that time of the month. Along with all the goodies Ms. Flow also provide you with your period essentials with the choice of pads or tampons either from Tampax, Always or Natracare.
The box itself is a black and white striped box but comes discreetly packaged in a grey postage bag so you don't have to worry about everyone knowing what your postman is delivering.
Signing up for the box if so quick and simply, you sign up online and pop in all the information regarding your dates and your preferences in terms of your chosen sanitary products. Once completed they then put together your box of goodies and send it to you during the month just in time for your period so you are never caught out when your time of the month arrives.
The box does vary slightly in price depending on the amount of sanitary products you require each month. Prices start from £12.99 per month plus £2.95 postage and packing.
I received Junes Box which was very well packaged in its black and white box with lovely blue tissue paper. The box itself was packed full of goodies that I can't wait to try.

As well as all the goodies included in the box there was also 14 day pads, 7 night pads and 7 pantie liners.
I think the team at Ms. flow have done a great job at making sure you are covered in every element of your period. I am super excited to try the Lord & Berry make up remover and the drinking fudge will certain go down well on a chilled summer night round the bbq. Putting a candle in the box was always going to be a winner for me as I love nothing more than a good candle and this one smells amazing, can't wait to burn it and as for the face mask who wouldn't want to put something on their face that smells like chocolate.
Overall I think the box is great value for money as it not only makes sure you are prepared for mother nature arriving but also helps you to make her arrival as pleasant as possible.
