M&M White Chocolate Fudge In 5 Easy Steps.

Monday, July 31, 2017

Ingredients
- 600g White Chocolate
- 400g Tin of Condensed Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 bags of M&M's or your chosen sweets

Instructions
Step 1
Line a small rectangular cake tin with grease proof paper.

Step 2
Break the chocolate into pieces and pop in a large microwavable bowl and pour over the condensed milk and mix together.

Step 3
Pop the bowl in the microwave and heat in bursts of 30 seconds, taking out the mixture and stirring in between each burst until the chocolate has almost melted. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate as it will burn. You can do this on the hob if you prefer but this method is just quicker and easier.

Step 4
Once the chocolate has nearly melted remove the mixture from the microwave, add in the vanilla extract and stir with a wooden spoon allowing the remanding chocolate to melt completely from the heat.

Step 5
Pour one packet of M&Ms or chosen sweets into the bottom of the tin. Pour the fudge mixture into the tin, spread the mixture to create an even layer, scatter the second bag of sweets onto the top of the fudge mixture and pop into the fridge to allow the mixture to set.

The mixture will be set after approximately two hours. Once the mixture has set pop in out of the tin, cut into squares and enjoy.
