2016 is definitely the year of smaller bags. I have always been a lover of big bags but after having a few back issues I decided it was time to down size for a little while. I am currently using my Michael Kors Small Satchel in the Navy Saffiano Leather which I was kindly gifted by Glen for out anniversary last year. Lets take a look at what I carry around with me on a day to day basis.
Michael Kors Jet set travel coin purse in the Navy Saffiano Leather to match the bag which has bank card and ID in it, KG for Kurt Geiger card holder which has my four most essential cards in; Boots, Superdrug, Nandos and Cineworld card. I am eyeing up a Navy MK card holder so I have the matching set. I then have a little pouch my sister bought me for Christmas and in here I keep some painkillers, plasters and hair bobbles. To go along side this little pouch I have some hand wipes, hand cleansing gel and tissues. I also have a mini hair brush, chewing gum, headphones and a mini note pad and pen. I also have my house keys on a Mulberry keyring.
On the front of my bag I have a burgundy pom pom which I am a little in love with.

What are your current handbag essentials?

With Valentines Day just around the corner it's time to start thinking about an outfit, make-up and nails for the day. I always find a nice pale pink colour is the best option as it allows you to go all out with your outfit and make-up without everything clashing. If you have ever searched for the perfect pale pink you will know it is incredibly hard to find one that doesn't take five coats to become opaque. This was me until I came across Nails Inc VVB Bamboo White, a gorgeous opaque pale pink.  Unlike most pale pink colours this polish became fully opaque in two coats which is amazing. I have this polish on for five days now a it still looks near enough perfect. I have slight wear and tear around the tips which happens with most polishes for me. I do also use OPI Nail Envy as a base and top coat. I would highly recommend picking up this polish while there is 30% off if you are still searching for the perfect pale pink. It would be perfect for any ring pictures on Valentines Day *insert wink emoji here*.

I hope you all have a lovely Valentines Day who ever you are spending your day with.

Step six - Cook your preferred rice to serve with your curry.
Step seven - If you prefer naan over poppadoms now is the time to pop them in the oven to heat up.
Step eight - Remove curry from the heat and allow to stand for a couple of minutes.
Step nine - Plate up your rice and curry along side your naan or poppadoms.
Step ten - Grab a beer or a glass of wine and enjoy!

Last year I was lucky enough to receive a Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 instant camera. I had been eyeing one up for the longest time as I love taking pictures but always forget to get them printed so this was the perfect camera for me because as you have properly already guested the photos print instantly.
The camera itself is super easy to use you simply pop the film in the back of the camera and start snapping away. I find the camera to be quite lightweight and compact enough to pop in your bag so you can take it to capture memories if you are off out for the day.
I have the white camera and mine came with a film of 20 white boarder polaroid prints and 10 coloured boarder polaroid prints. I currently have my eyes on the Shiny Stars, Stained Glass and Candy Pop films. I love that the boarder just adds that little extra something to the photo. I don't have a case for mine at the minute I just keep it in a little draw string bag that came free with a beauty box I think but I am tempted to get the Leather Carry Case just so it has the proper protection.
Taking a selfie with the camera is not that hard you just need to make sure you have camera positioned in the right correctly but I recently a Selfie Mirror Lens which I am tempted to pick up as a lot of the polaroids we take are together.
At the moment I store all the polaroids on our notice board but I am tempted to buy a Polaroid Photo Album for the other photos that aren't on display,
Overall I am super happy with the polaroid camera and would highly recommend one if you are a lover of having your photos on display.
